When I visited Japan in December 2019, I was so excited to find some new skin care products. Once I returned home and really gave each product a good trial run, I planned on buying more on my next trip to Japan the following year, however, the pandemic had other plans!
I started looking online and was SOOO happy when I discovered many of my new favorite products were available on Amazon!
If you’re interested in trying out some new products, go check these out!
Lululun Japanese Sheet Masks
These are probably my absolute favorite. I love, love, love that these sheet masks come in a 30+ pack and are overall better for the environment. They have different versions for different skin types and needs and I’ve tried out a few and have had a great experience every time! I mostly use it for hydration because my skin is SUPER dry. I’m currently using the gold precious series.
Daiso Japan Reusable Silicon Mask Cover
Going along with the face sheet mask is this silicon mask cover. Let me tell you…. you will look REALLY weird wearing it, but you can finally move around the house while wearing your sheet mask and get stuff accomplished at the same time. Hands down 100% recommend this!
KOSE Clear Turn Moist Charge Eye Zone Mask 32 Sheets
I’ve been getting into eye masks lately. I think they are a great way to help you look awake and less puffy in the morning. These Kose eye masks are amazing. They come in a small pack that contains 32 of them and they turn basically clear when you’re wearing them so if you happen to walk out to the mailbox or wear them on a plane, etc. no one can even tell!
Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery 50 g Sunscreen SPF 50 +
For whatever reason, I am super allergic to most sunscreens I find in the US. I bought the Biore UV Aqua Rich Sunscreen because many people were raving about how lightweight it was, how you can wear it under your makeup, and it protects from the sun. Figured it was a win, win, win! Well, I am so grateful I found this because whatever chemicals they use don’t aggravate my skin and I haven’t gotten a sunburn yet! (Please speak to your doctor before switching sunscreens.) Literally a godsend for me because before I wasn’t wearing sunscreen at all!
